Enrollment Window & Retirement Plan

New Hire Enrollment Timeline

To receive benefits, employees must complete enrollment through Employee Navigator. The enrollment window opens on the hire date and remains open through 30 days after the eligibility date.

Example Timeline: If an employee starts on March 4th, they become eligible on June 1st. They can complete enrollment anytime between March 4th and July 1st. Benefits become effective and premium withholdings begin as of June 1st regardless of the exact date enrollment is submitted.

401(k) Retirement Plan

All full-time and part-time employees are automatically enrolled in Rise's 401(k) plan, which offers employees the opportunity to save for retirement with matching employer contributions.
